It is the leading company in the distribution of natural mineral water and soft drinks with dispenser in Spain.

With more than 350,000 customers, they offer their comprehensive service to both companies and individuals, hydrating more than 1.5 million users a day.

The challenge

Develop from scratch a digital relationship product between Aquaservice and its customers that, without losing the relationship model, would allow scaling and improving the company's business in the digital channel.

The solution

The creation of two native applications for iOS and Android with a series of basic functionalities, order management and management of Aquaservice customers.

The objective of these applications was the validation of their use by customers. Offering improvements and new functionalities in each version from the continuous analysis of the use made by the users and the feedback collected every 2 months.

The development

An agile methodology was developed to allow the continuous improvement of the product through the study of the data collected from the use of the application by users and in coordination with the different areas of Aquaservice.

This work methodology involved the evolution of the product during 2 years where the roadmap was adjusted data-driven achieving direct impact in each iteration.

Integration and coordination with the internal back office and design development team during the years of project development.

Finally, a process with training and onboarding of the current internal development team was carried out, allowing Aquaservice to be completely independent for the evolution of the project.
