Why I started studying web application development

Since I was young, I have always been fascinated by technology and how it has transformed the world we live in. 

Before diving into the world of web application development, my professional career started in the field of automation and industrial robotics. From the beginning, I was attracted to how technology can optimize processes and improve efficiency in industrial environments. During my training and experience in this field, I worked with various automated systems and robots, designing and programming solutions for repetitive and complex tasks.

It was in this environment that I really discovered my passion for programming. Each project presented me with new challenges that required innovative solutions, and I soon realized: what I enjoyed most was writing code that brought machines to life. The ability to create programs that could control and optimize industrial equipment was fascinating to me. This experience taught me a lot about the logic and structure of programming, as well as the importance of well-designed and maintainable code.

As I continued to work in automation and robotics, I became interested in how programming principles could be applied to other areas of technology. 

The idea of developing web applications, which are accessible to people all over the world and can have a significant impact on everyday life, was particularly appealing to me. This curiosity led me to explore more about web development and, finally, to decide to study this branch in depth.

What I expected from my internship in the tech sector and Secture

When I got the opportunity to do my internship with Secture, I had high expectations. The main and most important ones were to learn from professionals with a lot of experience in this sector and to improve my technical skills. I also expected to face challenges that would take me out of my comfort zone and allow me to grow both professionally and personally.

How was my internship at Secture?

Now that I have completed my internship, I can say with certainty that the experience has exceeded my expectations. From day one, I felt welcomed by the team and I could highlight a few key aspects of my internship experience with Secture:

• Continuous learning. I had the opportunity to work with modern technologies and tools that I had not used before. This allowed me to expand my knowledge and keep up with industry trends.
• Real projects. I worked on an internal project at Secture, which allowed me to learn how software is really developed in a professional environment.
