The challenge
Take control of the company's technology activities two months after the first post-COVID event (Resilience: Omni-channel Reinvention).
The solution
To provide a solution to South Summit's needs, it has been necessary to form a team composed of an interim CTO, an IT Engineer and a Project Manager. This team is responsible for high impact strategic tasks, as well as the daily technical needs.
The IT Engineer is integrated into the South Summit team to take responsibility for and execute the day-to-day technical needs, while the Interim CTO and Project Manager are responsible for the design of a strategic plan to draw a roadmap for technological growth and consolidation.
The development
Propose and design the company's technological strategy, as well as its implementation and exploitation in the different events held during the year.
Identify existing market solutions and assess the best options, as well as lead and manage collaboration with key suppliers.
